Zoo to You!

When it premiered on April Fool's Day 1985, some thought Video Zoo was a joke - and hell, they were right! This zany, wacky, and admittedly hokey concept was a "Soupy Sales show with video." Groups, live appearances, shtick - it was all there!

It all became a bit too crazy, especially when you bookend "We Are The World" with pie-throwing wrestlers and dancing gorillas.
