The Tavares

What started as Chubby and the Turnpikes evolved into the R&B, funk and soul sensation, The Tavares. Before they started climbing the charts with hits like "Heaven Must Be Missing an Angel", "More Than A Woman" and "Whodunit", brothers Arthur, Ralph Vierra, Perry Lee, Antone and Feliciano Tavares popped by the Barry Richards Rock'n'Soul show to strut their stuff in 1975.

Here's a few clips of them playing "She's Gone", which hit #50 on the charts in 74, and "Remember What I Told You to Forget", which hit #25 in 75.
